Payment can be made by cash or direct debit to the account details on the invoice you are issued with.
DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral. These need to be shown to your therapist at the first visit.
As of October 2019, DVA clients will receive a maximum of 12 visits per referral. This will mean those with chronic, complex conditions with disease progressive changes, or hospitalisation due to falls, will require more than the annual referral if visits increase in frequency.
Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM) from your GP allow patients to be rebated per visit with an allied health professional for up to five sessions annually determined in consultation with your GP.
Private Health Insurance rebates vary depending on the cover you hold.
